ZZ Industrial Flavor & Fragrance Shanghai Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier in China, specializing in the research, development and production of food flavor. Established in 1995, our company is a member of China Association of Food Additive and the director of Shanghai Association of Food Additive. We have already obtained SGS ISO9001 and ISO22000 certification, and also LPPOM-MUI Halal certification.

Our thousands of kinds of food flavor cover the range of dairy flavor, fruit flavor, beverage flavor, candy flavor, fish flavor, vegetable flavor, meat flavor, tea flavor, flower flavor, nut flavor, and grain flavor, just to name a few. Our food flavors are widely applied in flavoring dairy products, ice-cream, beverage, candies, baked foods, solid beverage, meat products, medicine, bait and fodder.

Our factory produce with utmost care, and execute strict quality control standard. According to the customers' specific requirements, we are able to do new flavor R&D, sample copy, and conduct flavoring tests. Boasting stable quality and reasonable price, our flavors have already been exported to many Southeast Asian countries, such as Thailand, Singapore, and so forth. Additionally, we are keeping close contact with customers in Argentina, Peru, Chili, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and many other countries.

Being located in Shanghai, the biggest port city of China, we have a transportation advantage. And thanks to this, customers' cost could be greatly reduced.

Quality Control
1. Control the key points under the requirements of HACCP during production.
2. Delivery inspection items are done by the factory itself; formal testing is completed by outside sources.
3. Supplementary materials are checked by the factory itself in accordance with the items expected to be examined.
4. Each batch of the exported products is checked by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
5. Every year, the Municipal Food Production Monitoring Institution conducts spot-check.

Cost Control
In order to provide the customers with a reasonable price, we have taken all measures possible to lower our costs while guaranteeing our products' quality.
1. Our staff master many skills while specializing in one.
2. Materials are recycled.
3. Production orders are arranged in a reasonable way so as to avoid cross contamination.
4. The supplementary materials are procured from the designated enterprises to ensure their quality.
5. The transportation route is also designated to make sure its appropriateness.

Specifications and instructions of products are offered for free.
Samples and packages are also offered for free.

Products should be stored in the cool, dry and ventilated warehouses,
If the products have intact seals and packaging, their quality guarantee periods can be:
1. Powder Flavor, Salty Flavor and Emulsified Flavor: 1 year.
2. Oil-Soluble Flavor: 3 years.
3. Water-Soluble Flavor: 5 years.

Note:
1. If under the proper storagement without being opened, the food flavors still deteriorate within the guarantee period, then they can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
2. If damage is incurred during the transportation, compensation can be paid for the customers after consultation.
